Rodrigo Otazu's remarkable
journey began in Argentina, amidst glitter and glamour as the son of a
famous television hostess in Buenos Aires. During his career as a
model for Calvin Klein, Otazu traveled the world and was living in Sydney,
Australia, when he created his first piece of jewelry. He was holding some pearls and
became so
captivated by their beauty that he was inspired to create a necklace.
When pictures of that necklace hit the cover of Vogue, Otazu became
an overnight success in Australia. He has since conquered Europe,
and today his studio is located in Amsterdam, in its heart of canals and
liquid light. Otazu now sets out to conquer the hearts of women in
